The Lian Li O11D EVO RGB is a tower chassis constructed from a steel frame, aluminum panels, and 4.0 mm tempered glass on the front and side. Its design supports a wide range of motherboard form factors and features a reversible internal structure, which allows the user to invert the layout. The spacious interior is engineered to house large, high-performance components, including extended-length graphics cards and tall air coolers. A dual-chamber layout separates the power supply and storage drives from the main component area for cleaner cable routing and thermal management.

Thermal performance is a primary focus, with flexible mounting points for extensive cooling hardware. The chassis supports multiple 120 mm or 140 mm fans on the top, side, and bottom panels for high-volume airflow. This configuration also allows for comprehensive liquid cooling systems, with space for multiple radiators. Integrated L-shaped ARGB strips provide controllable illumination via the front I/O, which also includes high-speed USB ports. The case is equipped with removable dust filters and dedicated channels to assist with cable management.
