Aruba Instant On AP21 - Wireless Access Point

The Aruba AP21 is a Wi-Fi 6 dual-radio access point designed for small to medium-sized indoor environments. It operates on the 802.11ax standard, providing a maximum combined wireless throughput of 1500 Mbit/s—1200 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. MU-MIMO and beamforming technologies help maintain efficient communication across multiple clients. The unit supports approximately 50 simultaneous devices and covers areas up to 139 m². Intelligent Mesh technology allows for coverage expansion without the need for dedicated Ethernet cabling for every additional unit.

Connectivity includes one 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 port for wired LAN or WAN networking. Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) or a 12V DC input, allowing for flexible installation. Security features include WPA2, WPA3, and Enhanced Open protocols to protect wireless traffic. The AP21 is designed for ceiling or wall mounting and uses internal dual omni-directional antennas. It is managed via a web-based interface for configuration and monitoring. Guest access capabilities are included to isolate visitor traffic from the primary internal network.
