EKWB EK-Quantum Vector FTW3 RTX 3070, GPU Backplate, Black

The EK-Quantum Vector FTW3 RTX 3070 backplate is an anodised aluminium plate designed to provide passive cooling for the rear of the graphics card. It dissipates heat from components such as the voltage regulation module (VRM) by transferring it to the aluminium surface. This CNC-machined component also covers the exposed PCB, improving the aesthetics of a custom-cooled system. The metal construction acts as a heatsink, using ambient airflow to lower temperatures on the back of the board.

This backplate is designed for the EVGA FTW3 RTX 3070 and must be installed with an EK-Quantum Vector FTW3 RTX 3070 water block. Beyond thermal management, it reinforces the graphics card, reducing PCB flex and preventing the GPU sag often seen in horizontal installations. The black anodised finish matches other components in the Quantum Vector series.
