The CHIEFTEC APEX GA-01B-TG-OP is a Midi Tower chassis designed to support high-performance component configurations, including motherboards up to the E-ATX form factor. The case is constructed from a 0.6mm SPCC steel frame and features tempered glass panels on both the front and side, offering an unobstructed view of the internal layout. Its design is focused on providing substantial airflow to effectively cool modern hardware. An integrated ARGB hub allows for direct control and synchronization of the included case fan lighting.

Extensive cooling options are available, with mounting locations for radiators as large as 420mm in the front and 360mm on the top panel. The chassis includes four pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans (three front, one rear) to facilitate thermal management out of the box. Component compatibility is generous, with clearance for CPU coolers up to 175mm in height and standard ATX power supplies with a maximum length of 220mm. The case is also equipped with removable dust filters to simplify maintenance.

For storage, the internal layout provides two 3.5-inch drive bays and three dedicated 2.5-inch mounts. The top-mounted front I/O panel offers convenient access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack. System builders will also find dedicated routing channels and tie-down points for organized cable management. The power supply is bottom-mounted within a separate shroud to help isolate heat and conceal excess cabling.
