DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module with Maximum Power Point Tracking

The DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) is a solar-charging interface for the DJI Power 2000, Power 1000 V2, Power 1000, and Power 500 portable power stations. It allows these stations to draw energy from connected solar panels instead of relying solely on conventional charging sources. Its Maximum Power Point Tracking system monitors the available solar energy and optimises how it is used. Total supported solar input reaches 400 W, which makes input capacity the main rated performance characteristic. The module is therefore a charging accessory for compatible DJI power stations rather than a general-purpose drone component.

The adapter supports connections from one to three solar panels. DJI lists a solar input of up to 300 W for the Power 500 configuration. That lower station-specific ceiling is relevant when planning the number and output of attached panels. Intended settings include camping, travel, off-grid work, and maintaining an emergency backup power source. The dedicated module format places the solar connection and tracking between the panel array and the compatible power station.
