The ASUS ROG Strix XG27UCS is a 27-inch gaming monitor that provides a 4K UHD (3840x2160) resolution. It utilizes a Fast IPS panel to deliver a 160 Hz refresh rate and a 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, which is designed to reduce motion blur in fast-paced content. The display is compatible with both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync adaptive sync technologies to mitigate screen tearing. It supports HDR10 content and is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, offering increased contrast and a color gamut that covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space.

For connectivity, the monitor includes one HDMI 2.1 port, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, and a USB-C input with DisplayPort Alternate Mode. A built-in USB hub is available for connecting peripherals, and a headphone output is also provided. The included ergonomic stand allows for a full range of adjustments, including tilt, swivel, pivot, and up to 120 mm of height modification.
