The Montech XR (B) is an ATX mid-tower case constructed with a steel frame, tempered glass panels, and mesh elements. It is designed to support ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards within its compact footprint. The chassis features panoramic glass to provide a clear view of internal components. For maintenance, magnetic dust filters are located at the primary air intake points.

This case accommodates multiple cooling configurations, shipping with three pre-installed 120mm ARGB PWM fans located at the side and rear. It provides mounting locations for liquid cooling radiators, including support for up to a 360mm radiator at the top and a 240mm radiator on the side. The internal layout allows for a maximum CPU cooler height of 175mm and a maximum power supply length of 230mm. The front I/O panel includes one USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, and a combo audio jack.
