Coros Heart Rate Monitor - optical armband, Orange

The COROS Heart Rate Monitor Optical Armband Orange is an optical heart rate monitor designed for continuous, real-time tracking during physical activity. Worn on the upper bicep between the biceps and deltoid muscles, it uses a multi-channel optical sensor to record heart rate data during running, cycling, strength training, and high-intensity workouts. The armband weighs just 19 grams, offering a low-profile alternative to traditional chest straps. A rechargeable battery provides up to 38 hours of continuous use on a single charge. It is a practical option for athletes who want accurate heart rate metrics without the discomfort of a chest strap.

The adjustable textile band is made from a blend of polyester, nylon, and spandex, which keeps the strap secure during movement. The entire unit is washable and can be rinsed under fresh water for hygiene. Standard Bluetooth handles connectivity, allowing pairing with COROS watches, compatible non-COROS watches, indoor trainers, bike computers, and supported third-party fitness apps. The monitor is designed for simple adjustment and straightforward operation. It includes wear detection to automate tracking and supports wireless software and firmware updates.
