The Cooler Master MasterBox 600 is a mid-tower chassis engineered for streamlined system builds and thermal performance. It supports back-connected motherboards, which routes primary cables behind the motherboard tray for a cleaner interior and an unobstructed airflow path. The front panel utilizes a FineMesh design to maximize air intake, complemented by dust filters for component protection. Its construction combines a steel frame, plastic elements, and a tempered glass side panel for full component visibility.

The case offers extensive cooling configurations for high-performance hardware. It is pre-installed with three 140mm ARGB fans at the front and one 120mm fan at the rear. For liquid cooling, it provides mounting locations for radiators up to 420mm in the front, 360mm on top, and 120mm at the rear. Internal clearance accommodates CPU coolers up to 170mm in height and standard ATX power supplies up to 210mm in length. An included controller hub centralizes ARGB lighting and PWM fan connections.
