The Cooler Master MasterBox 600 is a Mid-Tower chassis designed to support a range of motherboard form factors, including E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX. It accommodates builds with rear-mounted motherboard connectors for streamlined cable routing. The enclosure is constructed from a combination of steel, plastic, and a tempered glass side panel that provides a clear view of internal components. Its front panel features a FineMesh design intended to optimize air intake.

This case comes equipped with a comprehensive cooling solution out of the box, featuring three pre-installed 140 mm ARGB PWM fans in the front and one 120 mm fan at the rear. For users implementing liquid cooling, the chassis offers versatile radiator mounting options. It supports radiators up to 420 mm in the front, up to 360 mm on the top panel, and a 120 mm radiator at the rear, allowing for flexible thermal management configurations.

The internal layout provides ample space for high-performance hardware, with a maximum CPU cooler height of 170 mm and a maximum PSU length of 210 mm. The front I/O panel is equipped with two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port for fast data transfer. For storage, the case includes two 3.5-inch drive bays and two 2.5-inch drive bays, fulfilling standard storage requirements.
