The NZXT H5 Flow is a midi-tower case constructed with a focus on thermal performance. Its design incorporates a perforated front panel to facilitate direct airflow to internal components. The main chassis is built from SGCC steel, and it includes a tempered glass side panel that provides an unobstructed view of the interior. This combination of materials and design elements supports efficient cooling while allowing for component display.

Internally, the case offers broad compatibility for various build configurations, accommodating motherboard sizes up to E-ATX. It comes equipped with two pre-installed 120 mm fans to establish a baseline airflow path. For enhanced cooling, the chassis supports up to a 360 mm radiator in the front and a 280 mm radiator on the top panel. The layout provides clearance for CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height and ATX power supplies up to 200 mm in length.

The build process is supported by integrated cable management channels and tie-down points. Removable dust filters are included to help maintain a clean internal environment. The top-mounted I/O panel features one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack for streamlined connectivity. Storage accommodations include a drive cage that supports both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drives.
