The 28 cm Fiskars Hard Face Sauté Pan (3.5 L) is designed for searing, simmering, and sautéing. Made from 100% recycled aluminium, it conducts heat quickly and distributes it evenly across the base, preventing hot spots during cooking. The pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, ceramic, and electric. Its flat-bottom design ensures consistent contact with the heating element, while the 28 cm diameter provides a wide surface for browning meat or reducing sauces.

The interior features a Ceratec™ Superior ceramic non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking and staining. The glass lid allows you to monitor your cooking without lifting the cover. This pan is oven-safe, allowing you to move dishes directly from the hob to the oven. Built for regular daily use, it is durable and easy to clean. The black exterior finish has a neutral look suitable for any kitchen.
