The Mercusys MA20N AC650 Nano Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter adds Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) connectivity to computers without built-in wireless hardware. The adapter connects via a standard USB 2.0 Type-A port and is compatible with PCs, thin clients, servers, and workstations. It delivers a maximum combined data transfer rate of 650 Mbit/s: up to 433 Mbit/s for high-bandwidth tasks and 200 Mbit/s for standard browsing. This provides a simple way to add reliable network access without the need to open or modify the host device.

The nano form factor allows the unit to remain plugged into a laptop or tablet during transport. Measuring 19.15 mm by 14.94 mm, it extends only slightly from the port. The adapter is plug-and-play and powered via the USB interface, so it requires no external cables. It is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux systems. Please note that this is a dedicated WLAN adapter; it does not provide Bluetooth connectivity or a physical Ethernet connection.
