Bosch GTC 400 C Professional Thermal Camera

The Bosch GTC 400 C Professional Thermal Camera is a thermal and visual inspection camera for non-contact detection and documentation of surface temperature differences. It measures from -10 to +400 °C, covering building inspection, heating-system checks, insulation assessment and technical troubleshooting. That range supports locating heat loss, damaged or missing insulation, underfloor-heating issues and overheated components. The thermal imaging system uses 19,200 measurement pixels to map temperature variation across the inspected surface. Picture-in-picture viewing combines thermal and visual information, helping relate a temperature pattern to the exact area under inspection.

At 540 g, the camera is light enough to carry between inspection points without adding much load to a work kit. The housing measures 95 mm wide, 233 mm high and 63 mm deep, giving it a compact handheld format. A built-in 3.5-inch display provides on-site image viewing, while captured images can be stored for later documentation and analysis. The closest focusing distance is 0.3 m, which matters when checking equipment or building details at short range. Its removable-battery design allows the power pack to be exchanged rather than tying the camera to an internal cell.
