The TP-Link Tapo C560WS is a pan-and-tilt security camera designed for indoor and outdoor use. It captures 4K video (3840 x 2160 pixels) at 25 frames per second using an 8-megapixel CMOS sensor. Night recording is handled by an integrated 850 nm infrared LED system with automatic day-to-night switching. The camera connects via Wi-Fi 6 or a wired RJ45 Ethernet port. Its 4 mm fixed lens provides an 88-degree horizontal field of view, suitable for monitoring driveways or rooms. Power is supplied via a standard DC input, as this model does not support Power over Ethernet (PoE).

The unit has an IP66 weatherproof rating, allowing it to withstand rain and operating temperatures between -30 and 60 °C. The mounting hardware allows for ceiling, wall, or desk installation. Video processing distinguishes between people and vehicles to reduce false alerts from animals. Two-way audio, featuring 3D noise reduction, enables communication with visitors, and a 99 dB siren can be triggered by the motion sensor. The system is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice-controlled status checks on smart displays.
