The UNOLD Doppio Bianco (48830) is a 2.4-litre countertop ice cream maker with an integrated cooling compressor. This self-cooling system means you do not need to pre-freeze the containers, so you can start immediately. Two separate stainless steel bowls provide a total capacity of 2.4 litres. The 250 W motor allows the unit to reach temperatures as low as -35 °C, and the dual-bowl design lets you prepare two different types of dessert at once.

You operate the machine via a manual rotary dial with three settings: ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yogurt. Each cycle takes approximately 30 minutes. A viewing window in the lid lets you check the churning process without letting cold air escape. The mixing bowls are removable for easier serving and cleaning. As the parts are not dishwasher-safe, they must be washed by hand after use.
