The NZXT H9 Flow RGB+ is a mid-tower chassis constructed with a dual-chamber layout to isolate the power supply and storage, which contributes to a streamlined thermal environment. It supports a range of motherboard form factors, including E-ATX, within its SGCC steel frame. A seamless tempered glass panel wraps around the front and side, providing an unobstructed view of the main components and internal lighting.

This case is configured for extensive cooling solutions, offering mounting locations for up to ten fans. It accommodates radiators as large as 420 mm on the top and side panels, and a 360 mm radiator at the bottom. The chassis comes with three 140 mm RGB fans for side intake and one 120 mm RGB fan for rear exhaust, all managed through an integrated control hub. A removable dust filter is located at the bottom to help maintain a clean interior.

Component compatibility includes CPU coolers up to 165 mm in height and standard ATX power supplies with a maximum length of 200 mm. For storage, the case provides six 2.5" bays and two 3.5" bays. The top-mounted I/O panel features two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack for headset connectivity.
