The Thermalright Frozen Horizon 360 ARGB is an all-in-one liquid cooler designed for CPU thermal management in desktop systems. It incorporates a 360mm aluminum radiator paired with three 120mm fans to effectively dissipate heat from the processor. A copper base plate facilitates thermal transfer from the CPU's integrated heat spreader to the circulating coolant. This model is engineered for PC builds that require substantial cooling capacity, presented in a white color scheme to integrate with specific system aesthetics.

Each of the three 120mm fans operates using PWM control, allowing rotational speeds to adjust dynamically according to thermal load, reaching up to 1850 RPM. Both the fans and the pump utilize S-FDB bearings, which contributes to operational longevity and lower noise output. The addressable RGB illumination is managed via a standard 3-pin 5V header, enabling synchronization with compatible motherboard software or the included controller. Broad socket support is provided for current Intel and AMD platforms, including LGA1700 and AM5.
