The OnePlus Buds 4 are true wireless earbuds built with a dual-driver acoustic system. Each earbud contains an 11 mm bass driver and a 6 mm treble driver, designed to cover a frequency range of 15 Hz to 40,000 Hz. They connect to devices using Bluetooth 5.4 and support the LHDC 5.0 codec for high-resolution audio transmission. The in-ear design provides passive sound isolation, and the inclusion of three sizes of silicone eartips allows for a more personalized and secure fit.

These earbuds are equipped with adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is rated to reduce ambient sound by up to 55 dB. The three-microphone array in each earbud is used for both ANC and noise reduction during calls. A single charge delivers up to 11 hours of playback, and the charging case extends the total listening time to 45 hours. The earbuds have an IP55 rating, indicating resistance to dust and low-pressure water streams. Playback, calls, and noise cancellation modes are managed via integrated touch controls.
