Its design utilizes a front-mounted power supply bay, which accommodates standard ATX, SFX, and SFX-L form factors up to 180 mm in length. This configuration allows for more efficient use of the internal space within a small chassis.

For thermal management, the Z20 offers multiple fan mounting locations, including support for two 120/140 mm fans at the bottom, two fans at the top, and a single 92 or 120 mm fan at the rear.
