The Montech LightFlow ARGB 360 is an all-in-one liquid cooler designed for thermal management in contemporary PC builds. It integrates a 397mm aluminum radiator with a high-density 20 fins-per-inch (FPI) configuration to maximize the surface area for heat dissipation. The system is centered around a pump head featuring an infinity mirror design with addressable RGB lighting. This cooler is engineered for straightforward installation and provides out-of-the-box compatibility with current Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA 1700/1851 and AM5.

Thermal control is handled by three 120mm PWM fans that adjust their speed from 600 to 2000 RPM based on system temperatures. At maximum speed, the fans generate up to 78.73 CFM of airflow and 2.39 mmH₂O of static pressure. The PWM pump operates at a consistent 3100 RPM to maintain steady coolant circulation. Both the fans and pump utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings for operational durability. ARGB lighting is synchronized using a standard 5V 3-pin connector for integration with compatible motherboard ecosystems.
