The Philips Hue Secure Wired Security Camera (White) EU 1-Pack is a fixed camera designed for indoor and outdoor use. It records footage at a 1080p resolution using a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor. This model lacks a Wi-Fi module and relies exclusively on a wired network connection for data transmission. It is powered via a standard mains outlet and does not use batteries. The camera features infrared night vision, with day and night modes switching automatically to ensure visibility at all hours. A wired connection provides a stable signal, avoiding the connectivity issues sometimes associated with wireless systems.

Housed in durable plastic, the camera is IP65-rated for protection against rain and dust. It includes a wall-mounting bracket for secure installation. A motion sensor triggers activity alerts, and the camera uses intelligent detection to identify people, animals, vehicles, and packages. Built-in microphone and speaker support allow for two-way audio to communicate with visitors or deter intruders. An integrated siren can sound an alarm during suspicious events.
