The Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 Ultra BLACK is a dual-tower air cooling solution rated for processors requiring thermal management up to 280W TDP. Heat is transferred efficiently via seven 6mm pure copper heat pipes distributed across the fin array. The base plate is constructed from C1100 pure copper and finished with nickel plating to ensure comprehensive thermal contact with the processor. This structure provides dependable cooling for high-performance Intel and AMD systems, including support for LGA1700 and AM5 sockets.

Cooling performance is maintained by a pair of included fans in a push-pull configuration. The primary fan spins up to 2150 RPM, capable of generating 69 CFM airflow and 2.87 mmH₂O static pressure. Both fans operate utilizing an S-FDB V2 bearing system and integrate Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support for precise speed regulation based on thermal load. When operating at maximum rated speeds, the system generates up to 28.3 dB of noise. The assembled unit has a total height of 158 mm and a weight of 1182 grams.
