The Royal Pretor 130 White is a dual-tower air cooling system engineered for managing high thermal output from modern processors. Heat dissipation relies on an extensive aluminum fin stack coupled with a total of six 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes. These pipes are routed to a flat copper base plate, facilitating efficient thermal energy transfer away from the integrated heat spreader (IHS). This hardware foundation provides sustained thermal capacity required under demanding workloads.

The active cooling setup integrates two 120 mm fans configured for a push-pull airflow path across the heatsink towers. Fan speeds are dynamically controlled via a 4-pin PWM connection, allowing rotational speeds up to 2150 RPM on the primary fan unit. Maximum airflow achieves 80.45 CFM at a static pressure of 2.65 mmH₂O. Fan units utilize S-FDB V2 bearings, designed for operational stability, and produce a maximum measured noise output of 29.4 dB. The cooler supports broad platform compatibility, including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 sockets.
