A suite of internal sensors, including a barometric altimeter, optical heart rate monitor, and pulse oximeter, gathers data for performance and wellness analysis. These inputs are used to calculate metrics such as VO₂ max, training load, and recovery status to help manage fitness. The watch also offers comprehensive sleep monitoring, including REM stages, and tracks daily stress levels. Multisport mode and specific activity profiles are available for various disciplines.

The device includes 32GB of internal storage for offline music playback and connects to external devices via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It delivers smart notifications and call alerts from a paired smartphone and is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker.
