Heat transfer relies on a tower heatsink structure paired with four dedicated heat pipes designed to move thermal energy efficiently away from the base plate. The included 120 mm fan employs Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB), contributing to operational stability and ensuring a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 100,000 hours.

Fan speed modulation is managed via a 4-pin PWM connection, allowing dynamic rotation speeds ranging from 250 RPM to 1800 RPM based on current processor load. Physical dimensions measure 155 mm in height, 127 mm in width, and 77 mm in depth, weighing 600 grams. Broad socket support ensures compatibility with multiple CPU generations, including current platforms such as AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700, alongside LGA 1200 and legacy sockets.
