Four direct-contact copper heatpipes channel heat away from the processor base plate into the aluminum fin stack. This configuration is engineered to sustain stable thermal operation across both high-performance Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 systems.

Heat dissipation is managed by a 120 mm fan controlled via PWM, allowing rotational speeds to dynamically adjust between 500 and 1850 RPM. This operational flexibility results in a maximum air pressure rating of 2.19 mmH2O while limiting acoustic output to 28 dBA at its peak speed. The unit integrates a functional digital screen on the heatsink cover, providing users with real-time CPU performance monitoring data.
