DJI Matrice 400 Dual Gimbal Connector

The DJI Matrice 400 Dual Gimbal Connector is an expansion accessory designed for the DJI Matrice 400 enterprise drone. It allows two compatible payloads to be mounted and operated simultaneously on the aircraft. Each mounting position supports a payload of up to 0.95 kg, giving a clear limit when selecting equipment. Carrying two payloads makes it possible to use different sensors or tools during the same flight, a configuration aimed at operations that need more than one type of data capture or airborne function.

The connector attaches to the aircraft through its DJI E-Port V2 interface. Either the E1 or E2 port can be used, giving operators a choice based on the rest of the aircraft setup. Both payload positions are located beneath the front of the Matrice 400. Their downward-facing orientation suits equipment intended to monitor or interact with the area below the aircraft. Compatible equipment includes supported gimbals and PSDK payloads, so payload suitability should be confirmed before installation.
