The DEEPCOOL AK400 G2 is a single-tower air CPU cooler designed for thermal management in desktop systems. It utilizes four 6mm copper heat pipes that facilitate heat transfer from the processor via a copper base plate. These heat pipes move thermal energy into a high-density aluminum fin stack, which is cooled by a single 120mm fan. The unit features a black finish and measures 156mm in height, allowing for installation in various mid-tower chassis configurations.

The 120mm fan uses a hydrodynamic bearing and operates at speeds up to 2200 RPM using a 4-pin PWM connector. It generates a maximum airflow of 63.4 CFM and a static pressure of 3.33 mmH2O, with noise levels reaching 31.45 dB at maximum speed. This cooler is compatible with multiple sockets, including Intel LGA 1851, 1700, and 1200, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4. The package includes a dedicated mounting kit and screws, though thermal grease is not provided with the unit.
