The MicroConnect MC-PCIEX8-X710-DA2 is an internal network interface card for PCs and servers. It connects via a PCI Express x8 interface and is designed to handle high-bandwidth data traffic. Two SFP+ ports enable integration into enterprise and data-centre environments, supporting data transfer rates of up to 10,000 Mbit/s over compatible fiber links.
The card features a low-profile form factor, making it suitable for compact rackmount chassis and space-constrained cases. An Intel FTX710-BM2 chipset manages high-demand network loads. As a wired-only device, it provides dedicated bandwidth for physical network connections. It is compatible with a wide range of Microsoft environments, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server editions from 2008 to 2025.
