The Ariete 4632/04 is a freestanding kitchen appliance that combines air frying and convection oven functions. It features a green exterior and a square countertop footprint of 340 mm. The unit uses high-speed air circulation to fry, bake, roast, and grill with minimal oil usage.

The interface consists of mechanical rotary knobs and a built-in display for selecting one of the six preset programmes. A double transparent glass door and an integrated viewing window allow for monitoring the cooking process without opening the unit. For safety, the appliance includes a cool-wall housing and overheat protection.

The internal cavity provides three separate shelf positions to accommodate various food types. Standard accessories include three perforated baskets, a rotating basket, and a rotisserie set for roasting meat. A removable crumb tray and a dripping pan are included to capture cooking residues and assist with cleaning.
