The Steba IC 150 is an automatic ice cream maker designed for home use. Its built-in compressor eliminates the need to pre-freeze the bowl, and the stainless steel housing is durable enough for regular kitchen use. With a 1.5-litre capacity, the unit can prepare multiple servings in one batch and reach operating temperatures as low as -35 °C.

The machine can make sorbet and frozen yogurt, as well as traditional ice cream. Preparation takes about 36 minutes, with progress displayed on the integrated LED screen. You can monitor the process through the viewing window and add ingredients through an opening in the lid during the churn cycle.
