The STEBA FG 120 is an electric contact grill designed for indoor use. With an 1,800 W output, it provides consistent heat for cooking steaks, fish, and vegetables. It offers various cooking configurations, including contact grilling and an open flat-grill setting. The upper plate can also be locked at a set height above the food for gratinating. The appliance is intended for home use as a practical alternative to outdoor barbecuing.

The stainless steel housing is designed for regular use. An adjustable thermostat allows for independent heat control of the upper and lower plates, with settings shown on a built-in LED display on the front panel. Cleaning is simple, as the non-stick plates detach from the main body. A drip tray collects excess fat during use, and the lid can be locked shut for storage.
