The Steba Guss-Raclette RC 140 BK/SR is a tabletop electric grill designed for shared meals and preparing individual portions at the table. Operating on mains power with a 600 W heating element, it is designed for melting cheese and grilling small ingredients. The cooking surface consists of a reversible, die-cast aluminium plate: one side is grooved for grilling, while the other is smooth for flat-contact cooking. A temperature dial allows users to adjust the heat throughout the meal.

Finished in black and stainless steel, the unit has a low profile that keeps sightlines clear across the dining table. The cooking plate detaches from the base, making it easy to clean once it has cooled. Non-slip feet provide stability on wooden or glass surfaces, and an indicator light shows when the device is powered on. The grill is simple to set up; it requires only a flat surface to create a central cooking station.
