De Buyer Affinity Stainless Steel Pot with Lid 20 cm 1.7 L

The 20 cm de Buyer Affinity low saucepot with lid is ideal for reducing liquids and preparing side dishes. As it is oven-safe, you can easily move it from the hob to the oven. The pot is designed to respond quickly to changes in temperature, giving you better control while cooking. Its low sides make it easy to stir or whisk ingredients, while the shape of the pan helps ensure heat is distributed evenly.

The pot is easy to clean and maintain. Its integrated handles are positioned to provide balance and stability, making it safer to lift and carry. The included lid helps retain moisture, which speeds up simmering. The pot is dishwasher-safe and built to withstand regular, heavy use in any kitchen.

• 1.7 L capacity — provides enough volume for preparing glazes, sauces, or warming small quantities.
• 20 cm diameter — fits most standard stovetop cooking zones for efficient heating.
• Stainless steel — a non-reactive surface that does not alter the taste of your food.
• All-hob compatibility — works on gas, ceramic, halogen, induction, and solid plate surfaces.
• No nonstick coating — allows for high-temperature cooking that would damage conventional coatings.
• Uncoated interior — you can use metal whisks and spoons without worrying about the surface peeling or degrading.
