The Synology RackStation RS2423+ 12-bay rackmount NAS (40 TB, 10x 4 TB) is a 2U storage server designed for small to medium-sized businesses needing centralized data management. It uses an AMD Ryzen Embedded V1780B four-core processor with a 3.35 GHz base frequency. The unit includes 8 GB of ECC DDR4 memory, which provides error correction to maintain data integrity during operation. This configuration comes with 10 pre-installed 4 TB SATA hard drives, offering a total of 40 TB of storage across its 12 available bays.
