The ASUS TUF GAMING B850I WIFI NEO is a Mini-ITX motherboard designed for compact desktop builds. Based on the AMD AM5 socket and B850 chipset, the board supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 Series processors. It uses a dual-channel DDR5 configuration and accommodates high-frequency memory kits, with tested speeds reaching 9600 MHz. Both ECC and non-ECC unbuffered DIMMs are supported.

Connectivity includes integrated Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and a 2.5Gb Ethernet port. The board features one PCIe x16 slot for a dedicated graphics card, and those using integrated graphics can connect to displays via the onboard HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports. Audio is managed by a Realtek 7.1 Surround Sound chip. Users can monitor and control temperatures using one CPU fan connector and two chassis fan headers. A Clear CMOS button on the rear panel assists with troubleshooting during setup.
