The OBSBOT Tail 2 is a gimbal-based PTZR camera featuring a 1/1.5-inch 50MP CMOS sensor capable of 4K video at 60 fps. Integrated AI tracking keeps moving subjects in the frame without requiring manual adjustments. HDR and automatic exposure correction help manage light in mixed-lighting conditions. The camera also supports Full HD recording at 120 fps, while its 81° diagonal field of view provides sufficient coverage for presentations and demonstrations.

Connectivity options include HDMI, SDI, USB-C, and Ethernet for integration into professional production environments. The camera supports various wired and wireless protocols, including NDI, RS-232, and Wi-Fi 6. It features a built-in microphone and a standard 1/4-inch tripod thread for mounting. Cables and adapters are included to allow for quick setup in streaming or lecture environments, and the device is powered via USB-C for both fixed and mobile use.
