The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Black is a rectangular smartwatch for health tracking and daily connectivity. It features a 1.82-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a peak brightness of 2500 cd/m², ensuring visibility in direct sunlight. An ambient light sensor automatically adjusts screen brightness, and the always-on display allows for quick checks without the need to lift the wrist. The watch has a 42.9 mm black aluminium case and a matching fluoroelastomer strap, with a total weight of 27 grams. For fitness monitoring, it uses an optical heart-rate sensor, a blood oxygen monitor, and a skin temperature sensor to log health metrics continuously. Activity tracking and multisport modes record step counts and daily movement.

The device offers several connectivity features. Integrated GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS satellite systems provide location data for outdoor training without needing a paired smartphone. The watch pairs with Android 10.0+ or iOS 13+ devices via Bluetooth 6.0 to receive notifications. Audio calls and voice commands are managed using the built-in microphone and speaker. It includes 64 GB of storage for data and compatible applications. The watch operates in temperatures between -20 °C and 45 °C, making it suitable for outdoor use throughout the year.
