The Keychron K10 HE is a full-size, wireless gaming keyboard. It features a standard ANSI layout with a dedicated numeric keypad. Instead of traditional mechanical contacts, it uses magnetic, Hall-effect switches that allow users to adjust sensitivity for different tasks. Actuation points can be set as low as 0.2 mm for faster response times, and the switches support continuous, analog-style input. The printed circuit board is hot-swappable, allowing for hardware changes without soldering.

The keyboard connects via a detachable USB-C cable, an included 2.4 GHz receiver, or Bluetooth 5.2. Multi-device support allows users to switch between different desktop and mobile systems. The internal battery provides up to 120 hours of use on a single charge, with power supplied through the USB port. The keyboard is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. While the design does not include a wrist rest, the frame has adjustable feet to change the typing angle. Programmable multimedia controls provide direct access to software shortcuts.
