The Microconnect POEINJ-90W-UK 90W 802.3af/at PoE Injector (Gigabit, 55V DC) acts as a single-port bridge that adds electrical power to standard data lines. This device supplies Gigabit network connectivity and power to IEEE 802.3af/at PoE++ compatible hardware, such as network cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. Rated for a maximum current of 1.75 A, it provides enough power to run endpoint equipment without requiring a local mains connection at the installation site. The unit uses standard RJ45 connections to link with existing network infrastructure. It supports data and power delivery over cable runs of up to 100 metres, allowing hardware to be placed away from traditional electrical outlets.
