The SHOKZ OpenComm2 UC 2025 is an open-ear wireless headset designed for offices and call centres. Instead of covering the ear canal, it uses bone conduction technology to transmit audio while allowing the user to hear their surroundings. It connects to devices via Bluetooth 5.1 or a dedicated wireless receiver, maintaining a stable signal at a range of up to 30 metres. The integrated boom microphone uses digital signal processing and active noise cancellation to ensure clear voice transmission. Users can answer, end, reject, or mute calls using buttons on the headset.

The frame is made from titanium and silicone and uses an over-the-ear design to remain secure during long periods of use. It is powered by an internal lithium-ion battery, which charges via USB-C and features an integrated charge indicator. With an IP55 rating, the headset is protected against dust and low-pressure water splashes. As the microphone is fixed, the unit functions as a single, integrated piece of hardware.
