The QNAP TS-H665U-8G is a 1U rack-mountable network-attached storage (NAS) system designed for file management and backup in small office or home environments. It features a 4-core Intel processor and 8 GB of DDR5 memory. Users can expand the system memory to 16 GB via the single SO-DIMM slot. The unit includes four drive bays, though it ships without pre-installed storage. Two RJ45 Ethernet ports provide multi-gigabit connectivity at speeds up to 2.5 Gbps for faster local network transfers. With a chassis depth of 374.9 mm, it fits into standard server racks where vertical space is limited.

Internal fans maintain operational temperatures during continuous use. A built-in 250 W power supply unit provides sufficient capacity for the processor and up to four drives.
