The OPPO Watch X3 (47 mm) is a health tracker and wearable running on Wear OS. Designed for Android, it delivers smart notifications, activity tracking, and fitness metrics to the wrist. The 1.5-inch round AMOLED display features an always-on mode and a peak brightness of 3000 cd/m², ensuring the screen remains readable in bright sunlight. Users navigate the interface via the touchscreen or voice commands using the integrated microphone and Google Assistant. The battery lasts for up to 120 hours on a single charge. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2, though the device does not support standalone mobile network connectivity.

The 47 mm titanium casing is rated IP68 and IP69 for protection against dust and high-pressure water. It is also water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 metres), making it suitable for swimming and use in wet weather. Safety features include automatic fall detection, crash detection, and an emergency SOS function. The watch uses sensors for heart rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature to monitor health, with data used for irregular rhythm notifications, sleep tracking, and daily activity metrics.
