The Bosch Professional GDX 18V-285 Cordless Impact Wrench/Nutrunner (Solo) is an 18 V fastening tool built for driving screws and tightening bolts. Running on a standard 18 V battery platform, it delivers up to 285 N·m of maximum torque for demanding applications, with an internal mechanism that handles dense materials without stalling. In addition to standard fastening work, the tool supports screwdriving, standard drilling, and hammer drilling modes. A dedicated bolt mode optimises performance when seating or removing heavy hardware. The torque output can be adjusted down to 0 N·m to prevent smaller fasteners from being overtightened.

Weighing 1,100 g without a battery, the impact wrench has a pistol-grip design with a soft-grip handle for extended use. A two-speed gearbox lets the operator switch between a low setting for controlled driving and a high gear for faster work. The first gear runs at up to 2,000 RPM; the second reaches a maximum idle speed of 2,800 RPM. Bits and accessories are secured with a keyed chuck that holds firm during high-vibration tasks.
