ARCTIC TP-4 100 x 100 mm, 1.0 mm Thermal Pad, grey

The ARCTIC TP-4 Thermal Pad (100 x 100 mm, 1.0 mm; model ACTPD00063A) is a silicone-based interface material designed to transfer heat between electronic components and heatsinks. With a thermal conductivity of 8.62 W/m·K, it helps move heat away from high-temperature parts. Its 1.0 mm thickness and compressibility allow it to bridge gaps between surfaces and eliminate microscopic air pockets that trap heat. The product is supplied as a single 100 x 100 mm grey sheet.

This thermal pad is suitable for use with RAM modules, chipsets, and graphics processors. The material is electrically insulating and non-conductive, allowing for safe placement near circuit traces. As the surface is non-tacky, it is easy to handle during assembly, and the sheet can be cut to fit the dimensions of various components. It remains effective across a temperature range starting at -40 °C.
