The Philips 50-inch 4K QLED Ambilight Smart TV is a flat-screen television for everyday viewing, streaming and gaming. Its 126 cm QLED panel uses a 3840 × 2160-pixel resolution, giving compatible 4K material room for fine detail. A native 60 Hz refresh rate sets its baseline motion capability. The P5 Perfect Picture Engine handles picture processing. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG support covers several common HDR formats. Three-sided Ambilight casts light onto the wall and adapts it to the picture on screen.

Titan OS provides the smart TV interface and access to internet-based content. Network options comprise Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 and a wired Ethernet connection. Three HDMI 2.1 inputs accommodate source devices, while two USB 2.0 ports support external storage media. A dedicated game mode is available for connected consoles. The two built-in speakers deliver 20 W RMS and decode Dolby Digital, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. HDMI ARC can return audio to compatible equipment without a separate digital-audio connection. Voice control works with Google Assistant for supported functions and connected devices.
