The MINIS FORUM N5 Air Barebone Mini PC (AMD Ryzen 7 255, 64GB SSD, 0GB RAM) is a compact barebone system intended for NAS, home-server, private-cloud, media-library and virtualisation use. Its main feature is storage expansion through five SATA drive bays and three M.2 NVMe slots. Depending on the drives installed, total capacity can reach 174TB across HDD and SSD media. No system memory or operating system is preinstalled, so additional configuration is required before deployment. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots accept up to 96GB of memory at speeds up to 5600MHz. This open configuration lets the user choose memory, storage and software for the intended workload.

The black slide-out chassis provides tool-free access to internal components. Integrated AMD Radeon 780M graphics handle display output and general multimedia work without a separate graphics card. Dual RJ-45 ports support 10GbE and 5GbE connectivity for high-speed local transfers and server access. Wireless networking and Bluetooth are not built in. An integrated card reader supports direct access to compatible removable media.
