The ELEGOO Centauri Carbon 2 Combo 3D Printer is an enclosed CoreXY FDM printer with a build volume of 256 × 256 × 256 mm. It supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PA, PET, PLA-CF, ABS-CF, ASA-CF, PET-CF, PETG-CF, PPS, PPS-CF, PPS-GF, PPA-CF, PPA-GF, and other carbon-fibre- or glass-fibre-reinforced filaments. Layer resolution ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm, allowing finer surface detail at the expense of longer print times. Its CoreXY motion system reaches a maximum travel speed of 500 mm/s. A single print head accepts 1.75 mm filament.

The ELEGOO Centauri Carbon 2 Combo 3D Printer has a heated print platform rated to 110 °C. Wi-Fi and USB provide network and storage-based routes for transferring print jobs. A built-in 5-inch colour capacitive touchscreen handles direct control at the machine. Supported model file formats are STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. Automatic 121-point bed levelling reduces manual setup, and power-loss recovery allows an interrupted job to continue after the supply is restored.
