ELEGOO Rapid PLA+ 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Gray

The ELEGOO Rapid PLA+ Filament 1.75 mm 1 kg Gray is a grey PLA+ material designed for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printing. It is supplied on a 1 kg cardboard spool with a standard 1.75 mm filament diameter. Formulated for high-speed printing, it supports speeds up to 600 mm/s when used with a suitable printer profile. The filament melts and extrudes smoothly, producing consistent layers and clean surfaces. With a flexural strength of 71 MPa and an impact strength of 50.4 kJ/m², printed parts resist cracking and brittleness better than standard PLA. An elongation at break of 8.5% further contributes to the structural integrity of finished components.

A diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm helps maintain consistent feeding through the extruder during long prints. The material has a flexural modulus of 2846 MPa and a density of 1230 kg/m³. It is compatible with most 1.75 mm FDM/FFF 3D printers, including the ELEGOO Neptune 4 series and Bambu Lab AMS systems. For best results, a nozzle temperature of 215 °C and a build plate temperature of 40–60 °C are recommended. The filament performs best in ambient temperatures of 20–45 °C with relative humidity at or below 20%. Each spool is vacuum-sealed to protect the material from moisture during storage.
